Editorial in STAT.

In case you missed it, an editorial I wrote about my personal experience using ChatGPT Health was published last week in STAT.

The editorial is an updated and more polished view after writing about my first impressions published here more than a week ago.

A short summary of what was published in STAT:

"I use every tool at my disposal to make sense of the messiness of living with brain cancer... None of my medical records connected successfully at first... Prompt: 'Compare and contrast the differences between my brain surgeries in October 2021 and May 2022 in 1 sentence.' ... Not too shabby... I don’t recommend this approach for everyone... My hope is that models like ChatGPT Health can help regular people become more curious about their health, learn to ask informed questions, and feel more prepared for their medical visits."

STAT is a behind-the-paywall publication, but the first three articles are free. You can check it out here.
