It is official. After 13 months of Temodar, my sense of taste is finally effected.It started early this week. The yogurt I eat around 11 a.m. started tasting like it had chemicals in it, which was really weird because it is an organic line from Trader Joe's. Then the cinnamon bread snack I eat at 10 a.m. seemed bland and left me with a metallic after taste. I figured it was a bad batch of bread.But last night it was everything. And still today... everything I eat.Stupid chemo.

Over the last 15 years Liz has been: a research subject; an advisor in patient stakeholder groups; a leader in “patient engagement” research initiatives; and an innovator, educator and investigator in national educational and research projects. Today her work focuses on involving patients and care partners in the co-design of research and research dissemination. It is rumored Liz was the drummer in a punk rock band.
