Best looking person with brain cancer

In Starbucks the other morning I ran into a woman I hadn't seen in more than a year.

She said, "Oh, Liz! How are you? ... You look great!"

I wish that meant I had a cute haircut or was looking especially fit.

But it meant, "You are the best looking person with brain cancer I have ever seen."
