The times they are a changin'

Hello (previous employer) Human Resources department:

Liz here, a former employee. For the past year I have continued my medical benefits through COBRA. I recently started a new job and am now covered by their plan (yeah!).

Kaiser Permanente (my health provider) says I should contact my previous employer (you guys) to cancel the coverage through COBRA. Please give me a call so we can make this happen.
