Last night I sent this message to the 12 clinicians listed in my MyChart.

Dear Dr. ______,

Since you are a clinician involved with my care I’d like to give you an update about my medical condition.

On 1/16/09 I had a three-month, post-operative MRI and learned that my brain tumor has continued to grow. I will have a second craniotomy on 2/16/09. After surgery I begin radiation and chemotherapy.
